Equipped with a 40-channel high-density design, SIL3 functional safety certification, ±0.1% ultra-high output accuracy, and wide-temperature adaptability from -40℃ to +85℃, this product is specifically engineered for safety-critical fields such as petrochemicals, power generation, and rail transit. Leveraging the "2-out-of-3 (2oo3)" redundancy architecture and millisecond-level fault response speed, it delivers over 99.999% operational reliability for industrial control loops, emerging as the benchmark solution for analog control in high-risk scenarios.


Core Technological Breakthroughs: Triple Redundancy Architecture, Building a "Three-Pronged Defense" for Safe Control

The T8480 module inherits the redundancy design philosophy of the ICS Triplex Trusted™ series, adopting a "2-out-of-3 (2oo3)" hardware voting mechanism. It integrates three independent analog output channels and control units, which perform real-time synchronous verification and voting on output signals. When a single channel malfunctions, the system can automatically isolate the faulty unit within 1ms, while the remaining two channels maintain stable output, achieving 3-2-0 fault tolerance capability to ensure uninterrupted and error-free control commands.


In terms of signal accuracy and stability, the module supports selectable output ranges of 0-20mA or 4-20mA, with a range accuracy of ±0.1%.
